This place is well-decorated, has helpful staff during check-out, offers spacious and lovely units with a harbor view, and the restaurant is great for our group for both breakfast and dinner.

easy to get to, good location just next door to the casino, bars & restaurants, many great restaurants, cafe's and amenities and other downtown dunedin sights. also, close to the centre of dunedin. large breakfast with a wide array of outstanding food.

The view of the city was good, as well as very central location close enough to the art gallery as well as the eateries. The room was quite luxurious and airy.

The restaurant here was excellent with high-quality meals; we both ordered amazing dishes. the location was fantastic and convenient, just a 5-minute walk into town. the hotel is situated in a great area.

Comfortable spacious room. Lovely toiletries in bathroom. Close to good cafes. Staff were helpful.

Bath/shower not completely clean. Missing Sky/TV guide. Weren't asked if we wanted a newspaper on arrival so had to go get one if the morning - room guide was very detailed and we didn't read through everything to find out that we needed to say we wanted one when we checked in. Would have preferred fresh rather than long life milk for tea/coffees.

We had a wonderful experience at Scenic Hotel Dunedin City. the hotel is gorgeous and impeccably clean, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly. Our standard twin room featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, ample storage space, a lounge area, and an iron, making our stay very enjoyable. the location is fantastic, situated near various cafes, restaurants, cinemas, Town Hall, and all the major attractions.

The limited options for car parking.valet was good but was inconvenient for access of vehicle. You should have an option for the guest to park their own vehicle in the secure hotel car park . A fee to park is acceptable but the option should be available.

We had a wonderful experience at the Scenic Hotel Dunedin City. the staff were attentive and highly courteous, greeting us with a warm and friendly welcome. We requested an executive queen room with stunning views of the harbour, a large balcony, and a comfortable bed, and they graciously accommodated our request. the hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable!

Onvenient location near city centre of Octagon where there are a lot of shopping,restaurants and bars and entertainments.

The bed spring is too soft.Difficulty getting in the bathtub because it is rather tall and there is no place to help handle the maneuver,the glass splash guard is mobile not sturdy enough to help.

However front counter was really bad when checking in, Lizzie was stressed and did not handle the front desk well. We were not welcomed, nor informed about the hotel, let alone where to find our room. However Riki was a gem looking after our bags the next day, very friendly and helpful

They have a really nice breakfast to kick off your day, featuring fresh orange juice, tasty Danish pastries, and a selection of fruit. 🍊.

Too Noisy to trafic

A good city centre hotel close to the centre. Nice room, comfortable and clean. The car valet service was really good.
